L300 Go™ Functional Electrical Stimulation System
The recently FDA cleared L300 Go™ System is the first functional electrical stimulation (FES) device to provide 3D motion detection of gait events using a 3-axis gyroscope and accelerometer technology. Patients facing mobility challenges due to neurological injury or disease, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury, have less control over their lower extremity muscles which increases fall risk and reduces social participation. By monitoring patient movement in all three planes of motion and deploying stimulation to provide ankle dorsiflexion and knee flexion or extension precisely when needed during the gait cycle, Bioness is further improving therapist efficiency in detecting a gait event. The L300 Go includes the myBioness™ mobile iOS application with activity tracking tools to keep home users engaged in the rehabilitation process and motivated to meet recovery goals. StimRouter® Neuromodulation System for Chronic Peripheral Pain
